Health – We provide a choice of health insurance plans. Your cost varies depending on a number of factors, to include type of plan, number of covered dependents and your level of participation in our wellness initiatives.

Dental – Our dental plan provides coverage for preventative, basic and major care, along with orthodontia for dependent children.

Life/AD&D – We pay 100% of the cost for you to be covered at 1 1/2 times your annual salary.

Vision – Our vision plan provides for annual exams along with a generous allowance for glasses and/or contact lenses.

Flexible Spending Account – You have the option of contributing pre-tax dollars to a flex account for medical and/or child care.

Disability – We provide both short and long term disability programs (after a qualifying period) at no cost to our employees.

Employee Assistance Programs – All employees and their immediate family members are eligible for services under our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In addition to 24/7 information and resources, the plan also provides face to face counseling services at no cost.

Paid Time Off – BSIG has a generous paid time off program which varies depending upon length of service.

Sick Time – We care about your health. That’s why we provide you with an annual allotment of sick days that you may use for yourself or to care for a family member.

Retirement and Savings – Our 401(k) savings and profit sharing plan allows employees to make pre and post-tax contributions after a qualifying period of time. Profit sharing contributions are based upon company results and are deposited into employee accounts annually.
